About Dennis.
Dennis, who has 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial, accounting, tax and corporate legal industry. He specializes in corporate compliance and structure advisory for different legal vehicles in Singapore, Vietnam, offshore jurisdictions and emerging Asia countries.
He left the corporate secretarial and corporate legal industry and joined a legal tech startup as its VP Product for a brief period of 6 months. During the period, he has learnt the issues startups face with their compliance and investors relation matters and after leaving the startup, he developed a different approach in the corporate services, which founded Legatcy, to provide corporate advisory services for startups in Singapore jurisdiction and worked on cross border transactions with partners from across Asia.

Now, he acts as consultant to more than 400 startups with founders from across the world, invest in startups as angel investor, and focus on sharing knowledge and practices to startups and SMEs.

He also acts as the Entrepreneur-in-residence with The Sandbox - Innovation & Entrepreneurship (I&E) Office and is featured at Those Who Dared 2, an inspiring collection of startup stories from the alumni. His role is to advise startups that are selected to be incubated by NP Agile Centre.

RIMAS, the Risk and Insurance Management Association of Singapore is a non-profit organisation founded in 1988 and dedicated to advancing the discipline and practice of risk management.

He acts as the treasurer, a part of the council members, to ensures the financial well-being of the association.
He acts as the Chief of Staff to the President of the association, to serves as a strategic advisor and trusted confidant, providing high-level support to the President in managing the association. The Chief of Staff acts as a liaison between the President and various stakeholders, including the council members, members, and external partners.
